On the Hunt

I love Easter - the candy, the easter hats, the egg hunts, the new dresses - but not so much that it overwhelms the true meaning of the holiday. I like it simple and sweet.

We had lots of fun at the ward egg hunt (although you wouldn't know it from the looks on their faces), on a beautiful saturday morning!

Later, I dressed the kiddies up, and made them say cheese fifteen million times (you can tell by their expressions). And all they got was a juice box out of it! We did stop to pick daisies and play a bit. It was so nice, I didn't even care about the pollen - we stayed out all day. It's amazing what I am willing to do for sunshine.

Do you not love Sam's hat? I love his hat.

Yep, Chad had definitely had enough.

Those are FANTASTIC!! I like Aubrey's bangs. Please tell me this is a new change and I wasn't totally unobservant last Thursday. I big puffy heart Sam's hat and the bowtie. You did awesome! He couldn't look any cuter. Chad looks cute too.

Yes, new bangs. She wanted short hair, so we compromised with bangs.

So cute! Aubrey looks so grown up and ready for kindergarten with the new look. Sam is the bomb! That hat and bowtie are so cute, I hope you let him wear it to church. I am just impressed he wore a hat at that age! Glad you guys had good weather for Easter. Happy Easter!
